My name is Karolina Zalewska. I am a New York-based SOMATIC FACE THERAPIST, educator, and founder of FRĒZ LAB, a clean skincare brand.

My journey began in Poland, where I earned a bachelor’s degree, specializing in advanced esthetics and skincare formulation.

Skin and the nervous system are closely connected. They develop from the same embryonic tissue, and they never stop speaking to each other. This connection has become an essential part of the way I work. I combine innovative technologies and targeted actives with touch, fascia work, and somatic techniques that calm the nervous system and release held emotions.

This led me to create the Emotional Facework Method™, my original approach designed to soften and release micro-tensions, habitual patterns, and long-held emotions in the face.

I am also the creator of the Gold Lift Ritual, a facial ritual built around 24-karat gold, high-performance actives, and my signature manual techniques.

Today, I share my knowledge with my clients and with professionals through education. I believe beauty is deeply individual. My work is not about changing the face, but about helping it release, restore, and reveal what was already there.
