My name is Karolina Zalewska. I’m a face therapist, educator, and founder of FRĒZ LAB – an innovative clean skincare brand. My journey began in Europe, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in face therapies and skincare and ran my own spa in Poland – a space where I learned to listen to the skin and understand its unspoken needs. My dreams led me to New York, where I continue to follow my path.

Over the years, I’ve developed a deeply personal philosophy – creating signature rituals that deliver high-performance, clean actives and release emotions through the power of touch. Among them are the 24K Ritual and HEALIFT, both born from my belief that skincare should transform not only the face, but also the way we feel in our skin. I teach women how to care for their skin wisely – how to choose effective, clean ingredients and create daily rituals that restore and sculpt the face with their own hands.

I offer private, by-request treatments in the U.S. and Europe, as well as trainings in my methods. My insights have also been featured in Vogue, where I share my approach to effective and conscious skincare.
